Privacy and data control
Human control applies to data too.
This notice explains the current RecoveryAgent website and founding-pilot data position. It should be reviewed against the final operating model before wider commercial deployment.
Website data
Approved analytics tools may collect device, browser, page, referral and interaction information so Holtham Collective can understand site performance. Sensitive form fields should be excluded or masked. Analytics identifiers are not activated until an authorised operator configures them.
Pilot data
A pilot begins only after the customer approves the data source and purpose. Data should be minimised to the fields required to identify, rank and review eligible opportunities. Unknown consent and elevated risk are held for human review; the system does not autonomously contact customers.
Access and retention
Access should be restricted to authorised operators, credentials stored outside the codebase, and pilot retention agreed before data is imported. Pilot exports and evidence should be removed or returned when the agreed purpose ends, subject to lawful recordkeeping requirements.
